A rugged, long-lasting kingpinless caster

There isn’t much that is more powerful than a twister. And there isn’t a caster that can take more abuse than our kingpinless Twister™. That’s why we chose the name. With its unique leg construction and steel-hardened head, the Twister offers unparalleled durability and longevity.

The legs of this heavy duty caster are 2-1/2” wide, ¼” thick and wrap around the head. They are double welded and along with a deeper emboss, these work-hardened forks provide the Twister with superior strength. The head includes a single ball raceway and is robotically welded directly to the plate, making it virtually unbreakable. The caster is fully heat-treated for added muscle.

With a capacity of up to 2,000 lbs., the Twister can be paired with a wide range of wheels including our NyRock™, RollX™ and Enrvirothane™. It is available in 4”, 5”, 6” and 8” diameters with 2” and 2-½” tread widths. It comes in a corrosion-resistant bright zinc finish and features a variety of brake, stem, bearing and plate options.

The Twister can be ordered with a dual wheel configuration and can also be produced in special overall heights. Both swivel and rigid casters are available.
