  Made from proprietary nylon glass filled material, RollX is moisture friendly, chemical resistant and has a temperature range of -45ºF to 250ºF. The high temperature Lava™ version can withstand temperatures up to 475ºF continuously and 525ºF intermittently. RollX’s construction and hardness (durometer 85D) offer the same capacity as steel wheels without damaging surfaces. These wheels won’t chip, flake or crack and the tread will resist just about any debris. As a one-piece wheel with a washer moulded in, RollX is virtually maintenance free. RollX combines an incredibly wide range of sizes with capacities that are off the charts. It starts with low profile 3” diameters that can handle up to 1200 lbs. and goes all the way up to 12” diameters that can accommodate a whopping 6500 lbs. Wheels can be made with a large variety of bearings as well as side washers and thread guards. The clean design comes in a ribbed or smooth finish.They may be the best engineered wheels on the market. RollX are injection moulded on one of our 750 ton machines in our integrated manufacturing facility in Toronto. That means whether you order 50,500 or 5,000 wheels, you get excellent lead times, delivery dates you can depend on and North American quality backed by our 3-year No Excuse Warranty.  These wheels are non-marking and offer excellent floor protection. In addition, they provide outstanding maneuverability and will extend equipment life.
